On the afternoon of March 29th, a team of eight people including Tao Yong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, came to our university to investigate information-related work. Xie Zhengxue, deputy secretary of HUST party committee, attended the seminar. Wang Shixian, deputy director of Network and informatization Office , accompanied the team to visit Administrative Service Center and the computer room of the network and computing center.
At the symposium, Wang Shixian introduced the overall situation in informatization work inHUST, and the concept of online and offline working flows. Some leaders from administrative office attended the symposium. The two sides exchanged each experience and practice in rugular management mechanisms actively and discussed some major difficulties in the process of construction.
With the gradual implementation of the "Ten Ones" project of our university's informatization construction, our informatization work has achieved remarkable results and attracted many other colleges and universities to come to visit. In the past two weeks, seven research groups from different universities came to our school for investigation such as Sun Yat-sen University, Zhejiang University of Finance & Economics, Anhui Normal University, Chongqing Medical University, South-Central University for Nationalities, Wuhan University of Science and Technology and so on .
