On December 19, 2018, Network and Informatization Office was awarded the honorary title as "Advanced Unit for Proposal Undertaking" in the Second Plenary Session of the Fourth Faculty Congress.
Network and Informatization Office has always attached great importance to the undertaking of proposals. In July 2018, after receiving the proposal from the organizer, some actions are immediately carried out like discussion and arrangement, and determined the person in charge. Great attention is paid to measures and personnel. In order to ensure that each proposal can be responded and implemented timely, some specific and deep investigation is carried out and some suggestions from teachers are collected. In the process of investigation, attentions are paid to fully communicate with the proposer. As to those proposals that cannot be solved immediately, thorough explanation and possible solutions will be provided. So the satisfaction rate of proposers on the handling of the proposal has reached 100%.
In the future, Network and Informatization Office will take the initiatives and carry on problem-solved-oriented principle to undertake proposals from Faculty Congress. We will adhere to the idea that is, "let information run more, let faculty and students run less”, and make faculty and students fully enjoy the achievement from the progress of informatization. We are striving to meet the needs of faculty and students and build user-friendly information system. Thus informatization construction will definitely play a supporting role in the construction of "Double World-Class Universities" Project.
