Notice on Student Registration for the Spring Semester of 2022

To All students from all schools and departments,

The information about student registration for the spring semester of 2022 are notified as follows:

I. Registration time

1. The registration time for undergraduates and graduates is from February 18 to March 6, 2022. Undergraduates include common undergraduates, international undergraduates and the undergraduates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Graduates include full-time postgraduate students, full-time doctoral candidates, part-time dual-certificate postgraduate students, part-time dual-certificate doctoral candidates, international graduates and graduates form Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

2. The students receiving non-degree education, online education and adult education in our university should finish registering before March 20, 2022.

II. Mode of Registration

All students should sign in the Student Register and Personal Information Management System (http://register.hust.edu.cn, hereinafter referred to as the Register System) to finish registration within the specified registration time to obtain the learning qualifications for the new term.

1. The undergraduates and graduates can register on the PC terminal of the Register System, or through the "Enterprise WeChat of Huazhong University of Science and Technology - Application Center - Semester Registration". The students except the freshmen can also register through the "Campus Card and Semester Registration Self-service Terminal".

2. Registration of the students receiving non-degree education, online education and adult education can be handled by their schools or departments respectively.

III. Attentions

1. If a student fails to register as scheduled for special reasons, he/she shall apply for a delay of registration to the school or department within the specified registration time. The school or department shall review the registration delay application strictly, and the student shall register before the deadline of the postponed registration time permitted.

2. The students having finished the registration can have their student card affixed with the special registration seal in their department or at the service window of the Registration Center, or print the student card registration label through the Campus Card and Semester Registration Self-service Terminal. The students who have registered can also download the credible electronic registration certificate for the semester through the Register System.

3. The university will take measures in accordance with relevant regulations to deal with the students failing to register as required.
