To implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on cybersecurity and improve the cybersecurity and informatization literacy of HUST's cyberspace team, the Network and Informatization Office has decided to hold two cybersecurity and informatization sessions on the morning of June 18 (Friday) and the morning of June 22 (Tuesday). The specific arrangements are as follows:
I. Trainees: All informatization liaison officers
II. Date:
First session: at 8:30 a.m.-12:00 a.m. on June 18 (Friday).
Second session: at 8:30 a.m.-12:00 a.m. on June 22 (Tuesday).
Since the contents of the two training sessions are the same, please feel free to choose a session yourself.
III. Location: Conference Room 203, South Six Building, Network and Computing Center
IV. Others
1. Participants from Tongji Medical College of HUST, Wuhan Union Hospital, and Wuhan Tongji Hospital are required to get on the bus in front of the Administrative Building of the Medical School at 7:10 a.m. on June 18 (Friday) or June 22 (Tuesday).
2. All departments are requested to send us the information of participants and the session they will attend by email (xxaq@hust.edu.cn), WeChat group for network and informatization or telephone before 16:00 p.m. on June 17 (Thursday). This training will be included in the annual assessment of cybersecurity publicity and education trainings.
