To all schools and departments:
In order to further strengthen the informatization development in the university and raise the awareness of cyber security and the IT ability of informatization coordinators, a training course will be held for the informatization coordinators in 2021. Details are as follows:
I. Training Time
December 10, 2021, 9:00 - 11:50
II. Participants
Informatization coordinators from all schools and departments

Meeting Rooms 203 and 207, Network and Computing Center (South Six Building)
IV. Training Contents
1. Training on cyber security
2. Training on application platforms, including WPS cloud document, enterprise WeChat, intelligent QA, One Map and electronic signature
V. Training Requirements
All trainees are required to attend the training on schedule. The trainees shall not be absent for no reason. If a trainee can't attend the training for special reasons, he/she shall go through the formalities for absence. The training result will be considered in the annual assessment of training on cyber security publicity and education.
VI. Others
1. The participants from Tongji Medical College, Union Hospital, and Tongji Hospital shall gather in front of the administrative building of Medical College at 7:10 am to attend the training by bus together.
2. All colleges and departments are required to give feedback on the attendance to training through email (xxaq@hust.edu.cn), telephone or Network and IT Liaison Group before 16:00 on December 9 (Thursday).
